Mango Passion Amino Burner “Daiquiri”

  1.  Add Her Amino Burner scoop and mango juice into small resealable bag.

  2. Seal the bag closed, trying to squeeze out as much air as possible. Place it into a larger resealable bag.

  3. Add ice and salt to the larger bag.

  4. Shake the plastic bags for 5-10 minutes, or until you reach your desired “daiquiri” consistency.

Gummy Bears

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp gelatin

  • 3 scoops Her Amino Burner Sour Apple

  • ½ c cold water

  • 1 c hot water 

  • Optional coloring: 3 drops green food coloring, 1 drop yellow

 

Instructions

  1.  Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. While boiling water, stir BCAAs and gelatin into 1/2 cup cold water to dissolve/
  3. Slowly pour boiling water into the gelatin and BCAA mixture.
  4. Spray a small dish with nonstick cooking spray, and pour in mixture.
  5. Place in refrigerator and allow to set, about 3-4 hours.

 

 

Popsicles

 

Ingredients

  •  1 shaker filled with water
  • 4 scoops NLA for Her Pink Lemonade Her Aminos
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Sliced strawberries

 

Instructions

  1. Fill a 20-oz. shake bottle with water.
  2. Add four scoops of aminos.
  3. Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Screw on the lid and shake.
  4. Pour mixture into eight ice-pop molds, leaving them 3/4 full.
  5. Cut eight strawberries into slices. Add one strawberry to each mold.
  6. Put in the freezer overnight. Enjoy!
